Hala Skills Store is a Digital Skills catalog that makes it easy for customers to find, buy, deploy, and manage third-party Skills that customers need to build assistants and run their businesses.
Skill Store will include the Skills for the most popular enterprise software such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, ServiceNow, Oracle Netsuite, Jira, Workday, Salesforce, and so on.
Customers can quickly launch pre-configured Skills with just a few clicks. Flexible pricing options include free trial, monthly, annual, multi-year, and price per the one skill execution. Hala handles billing and payments, and Skills charges appear on customers’ Hala bill.
You use Hala Skills Store as a subscriber (buyer) or as a provider (seller) or both. Anyone with a Hala account can use Hala Skills Store as a consumer and can register to become a provider (partner). A provider can be an independent software vendor (ISV), value-added reseller, or individual.
Every Skill in Hala Skills Store will go through a validation process. When the provider submits a Skill in Hala Skills Store, they define the price of the Skill and the terms and conditions of use. When a consumer activates the Skills, they agree to the pricing, and terms and conditions set for the offer.
The Skill can be free to use or can have an associated charge. The charge becomes part of your Hala bill, and after you pay, Hala pays the provider.
Skills can be purchased at the listed price using the ISV’s standard end user license agreement (EULA) or offered with customer pricing and EULA. Skills can also be acquired under a contract with a specified time or usage boundaries.
The Skill Store functionality will be available in Q1 2020.
