# Service Plan

The Hala.ai is a fully cloud-hosted service that is managed by Hala Digital OU, which means you do not need to worry about setting up or maintaining infrastructure to support it.

### Service Plan Information 

Today available only beta version, which is **free** for everyone. Follow the updates regarding the changes in the service plans. Hala will send the email notification when the new service plans are available.

### Beta Version limits

Beta version has next limits for service using: 

| Type               | Limit |
| ------------------ | ----- |
| Number of intents  | 100   |
| Number of entities | 50    |
| Number of queries  | 2000  |
| Number of users    | 1     |

Queries mean the input text (message) from the users.
