Overview

The output includes the information that user is receiving and can see in the chat from the Hala.

There are next available output types for the Hala Web Chat Interface:

Output type	Description
Text	Simple text response
Text Random	It provides different variations of text responses to the end-user, by other words Hala can respond to the same condition in different ways.
Quick replay	You can use this output type if you want to provide to the end-user predefined options for the answer.
Video content	Display video files in the chat
Images	Display images in the chat
Forms	You can build custom forms with different types of fields
Tables	Display table data with details for each line

You can add the output by using two ways: use UI elements for adding the output and use the expert mode by specifying the output with JSON editor.

The following table describes which output types can be added with UI elements and which types can be added with the expert mode.
